These terms apply to the Vitty website and to any order you place with us. We may update them from time to time, so please check back before ordering. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed once we confirm your order has been dispatched. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment at checkout and reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

We ship across the UK. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and arrive within 3 to 5 working days once on their way. Delivery estimates are guidelines rather than guarantees, and timings can vary during busy periods.

As Vitty is a food product, we are unable to accept returns of opened items for food safety reasons. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Vitty contains peanuts and may contain other allergens. Always check the label before eating, especially if you have an allergy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
